Archos Arnova 8 and Arnova 10 Tablet

Archos has now introduced two tablets Android at very cheap at Arnova 8 ($ 150) and Arnova 10 ($ 199). Initially, the two tablets of this will come with a 600 MHz ARM9 processor and resistive touch screen. However, both need to upgrade to a 1GHz chip ARM A8-Cortex (similar to the iPad current) and capacitive touch screen in the next two or three months, while prices have remained stable.

Both tablets are run on Android 2.1 (Eclair), for the moment, but the Android OS will be upgraded to 2.3 (Gingerbread) when you upgrade your hardware came as expected in April. In addition to 600MHz chip, and the use of a resistive touch screen, other areas where Archos is able to reduce the price of only 4GB of RAM of internal memory, although this can be expanded via a microSD card slot included.
